This loan is designed for specialized professionals who serve as the backbone of our local communities. Eligible roles typically include:
- Financial Experts: Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs).
- Design & Technical Pros: Licensed Architects, Actuaries, and PhD holders.
- Mortgage Leaders: Certified Mortgage Bankers (CMBs).
Qualification Requirements for 2026
To qualify for $0-down financing in the DFW area, you generally need to meet these standard criteria:
- Credit Score: A minimum score of 720 is required for this specific portfolio product.
- Primary Residence: The home must be your main residence (single-family homes or approved condos).
- Loan Limit: For 2026, you can borrow up to $832,750 with no money down.
