Rose grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, moving to Texas seven years ago with her husband and two beautiful dogs. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Rose has built a lot of friendships and referral partners in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has a genuine passion for helping others in the community achieve their homeownership dream. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling, live music, watching movies and series, trying different foods, and relaxing on beautiful beaches around the world. She also has an active life, and her hobbies include outdoor sports, cycling, and weight-lifting. Rose is also a familiar volunteer at local animal shelters and devoted to pet rescues.

Ed Hosier brings over 35 years of management and mortgage experience to FLB Mortgage. He is well-versed in various mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA and has licenses in 29 states. As a result of his time in the mortgage industry, Ed has a thorough knowledge of mortgage practices and regulations.
Originally from Oklahoma, Ed attended Oklahoma State University and majored in Business Management. In his spare time, Ed plays golf, hunts and fishes. He has been married for 32 years and has one daughter who also boasts a degree from Oklahoma State University and is building a career in business. On fall weekends, you'll catch Ed rooting for his Cowboys, both OSU and Dallas.

Mark Fitzgerald joined First Lonestar Bank as Vice President, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to serve Dallas/Fort Worth customers' home-buying needs.
Mark brings over thirty years of experience in the mortgage industry. His career began in 1993 in a role as a mortgage broker. He left that position a short time later to open and run his own mortgage company until 2014. Mark's extensive experience in the changing mortgage industry gives him the skillset and knowledge to help customers navigate the home-buying process. He looks forward to developing First Lonestar Bank's presence in the great state of Texas.
Mark spends his time free time helping his community. He was Chairman of the Park Cities YMCA Sports Committee, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Highland Park United Methodist Church. Mark has been married to his wife for over 30 years, raised three daughters and now has grandchildren he enjoys.
